English Electric Type 3 Co-Co diesel electric 37 714 CARDIFF CANTON was hauling BR Standard Class 5MT 4-6-0 73156 back to Loughborough after it had spent the day in Quorn Goods Yard on Sunday 20th September 2020. This practice of hauling dead steam locomotives from Loughborough to Quorn and back for display is most foolish. I should like to see the risk assessment.
