The Vintage Trains excursion on Sunday 5th December 2021 stopped at Humberstone Road, Leicester, so that the locomotives could replenish their tender water tanks. This provided ample time to check-out the GCR Santa Special service and catch the main-line excursion as it pulled away from Syston East and approached East Goscote hauled by 7029 CLUN CASTLE.
