When I went to bed late on Saturday 18th September and even early in the morning of Sunday 19th September 2021 the weather forecast was for progressive deterioration in conditions during the morning and into the afternoon. Wet conditions on leaving home were not encouraging but weather forecasting is a high tech business so surely it can't be that wrong (LOL). I stuck it out all morning in a mixture of drizzle and heavier showers but it turned dry while I was having lunch and the afternoon rewarded my persistence with a few descent shots.
