The weather forecast for Sunday 5th was slightly better than that for Saturday 4th January 2020 when I watched the TV on Friday night. It turned out to be the wrong way round, and I was struggling for light most of the afternoon on both days. However the Battlefield Line did us proud with an excellent Gala - particularly when proper consideration is given to their limited facilities and resources compared to the big boys. I do hope it is judged to be financially successful. It has certainly been very good PR.

Having supported this gala on the Saturday, I join you in hoping that the Battlefield are encouraged to repeat this next year. Not knowing this line particularly well, I am encourage by the different locations, which you have found and which I was unaware of. A nice set of pictures.
