The problem in a nut-shell! It has been known for months that D8098 would have to leave the GCR for engine overhaul following detection of copper in the lubricationg oil. It rumbles on its way at snail pace with shunter D4137 doing the work on Sunday 28th April 2019 causing quite unnecessary delays to passenger services.
