I arrived at the A6 road bridge south of Loughborough just in time for the 10:15 departure of the first diesel hauled service. I need not have hurried because the departure was late and I instinctively blamed the DALEX. Eventually BR Sulzer Type 4 1Co-Co1 D123 appeared hauling the 10:15 advertised service from Loughborough to Leicester North on Sunday 9th October 2022.
